Financial Systems ("us", "we", "our", or “HFS”)
owns and operates the https://www.hfssoft.com website, which includes the HFS
HCRIS website and the HFS SaFE website (collectively the "Websites").

Under certain circumstances, HFS may be required to disclose
your Personal Data in
response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government

("Children").
